Yeah, I’m a teacher… but not like you’re thinking. Think more Spanish bestie, hyping you up when you sound great, catching the moments where you’ve accidentally said something wildly different, and encouraging the messy bits (because that’s where it actually sticks!)
We don’t do overcomplicated grammar or endless vocab lists. We use my FUEGO framework to get you speaking in real conversations from the start - the kind you’ll actually have in real life.
It should feel like a catch-up with friends, not a lesson. Relaxed, fun, and a little bit chaotic… but by the end of it, you’re speaking Spanish and wondering why you ever thought you 'couldn't do languages'.

You’re not here to memorise words, you’re here to use them. From the start, we build everything around speaking in real-life situations, so you stop freezing and start responding naturally. Because that’s what actually matters when you’re abroad.. nope, not perfect grammar, but being able to handle whatever comes up in the moment.

We don’t wait until it’s perfect, we speak now (I'll hold your hand, I promise). The mistakes, the wrong words, the “wait what did I just say?” moments… that’s where the learning actually happens. This takes the pressure off and builds real confidence, because you realise you don’t always need to get it right to get it across.

You don’t need hours of study. You need consistency that fits your life. How I got here
From overthinking every word to my sassiest self in Spanish
I'd followed all the rules, got the good grades, learned 'proper' Spanish, and felt like I was practically fluent. But when I moved to Aranjuez, just outside of Madrid, I realised I didn't know any real-life Spanish.
I couldn't keep up with conversations, I couldn't express myself confidently, and I couldn't understand why my amigos were using different structures to what I'd spent years perfecting.
So I had to start again. I had to forget perfection, get out of my head, and start speaking like a native (it was a long and humbling journey!) And now I help adults do the same.
I taught for 7 years in secondary schools before realising that I wanted to change the 'I was always bad at languages' narrative that lots of adults leave school with (because it's just not true!)
Now I spend my days teaching adults just like you how to get conversation confident in Spanish!
Don't expect to see a textbook within 200 metres of me, because we're not trying to pass a GCSE, we're trying to actually connect with people. Expect down to earth, chilled out vibes where the lessons are relaxed and fun, and the progress comes quicker than you ever imagined.
